Returns & Refunds Policy

Every tribute we sell is made to order by hand in our Orpington studio, in the colours and wording you choose. This page explains how returns work for flowers you buy and flowers you hire from us.

Flowers you buy

Because each tribute is made to order and personalised for you, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds on purchased flowers if you change your mind. Made-to-order and personalised items are not covered by the usual 14-day cancellation period for online purchases.

We check the wording, colours and details with you before we start making your order, so please look over anything we send you and let us know straight away if something needs to change.

If something arrives damaged

Every tribute is checked by hand before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo, and we’ll put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Flowers you hire

Hired flowers can be kept for as long as you need them and are returned to us afterwards. We’ll agree the return arrangements with you when you book.
